Augustów

Augustów - a town surrounded by nine lakes and the vast Augustów Primeval Forest. An aquatic capital city of a North-Eastern Poland, it is a perfect place for a kayak rally, sailing, a ship, catamaran or gondola cruises. Runners, cyclists, horse riders or nordic walking lovers can spend their time actively here. Picturesque landscapes, clean air and water in lakes, relaxing pine-spruce forests, untouched nature and kind locals – Augustów is the only place you can find it all! In 2014, Augustów was honoured with the title of the "Nicest City in Poland" within 2nd edition of "Milka. Choose the nicest city in Poland" project.
